How to use it
Randomised workouts solve a specific problem: people skip the exercises they dislike, which are usually the ones they most need. Handing the selection to a wheel takes that choice away, which is uncomfortable and effective in roughly equal measure.
A simple format that works well — spin, do the exercise, rest thirty seconds, repeat ten times. That gives you a full bodyweight circuit in about fifteen minutes with no planning and no equipment.
Adjust the rep counts to your level before you start rather than mid-workout. If a number on the wheel is one you would negotiate with when it comes up, it is the wrong number for you.
Common questions
- Is this suitable for beginners?
- Edit the rep counts down first. The exercises are all standard bodyweight movements, but the numbers loaded here assume a moderate baseline.
- Can I build a workout for specific equipment?
- Yes — replace the list with your own exercises. The wheel does not care what is on it.
- How do I avoid repeating the same exercise?
- Turn on "Remove each winner after spinning" and every exercise comes up exactly once before any repeats.
